Organic chicken meatballs ( chicken , hemp seeds , garlic mushroom tomato sauce , panko breadcrumbs , sea salt , egg , parmesan cheese)Deer gravy , egg noodles.

Stuffed peppers ( tofu , garlic , mushrooms , walnuts, leeks, garlic mushroom tomato sauce , shredded rice cheese )

Spicy mango pepper , coleslaw ( broccoli , cabbage , carrots) coriander.

in the beginning

In the beginning man woman and child foraged the planet for food.
the simpler the better , the fresher the finer
We ate with the seasons , killed when we needed it , grew as much as we could eat , respected the animals , their habitat , we lived in harmony with all.

Along came greed , greed , greed and greed.

We are trying at home to teach our boys that food is prepared daily , ingredients are fresh and we only consume as much as needed for the day.

I will try to recall our nightly meals in hope that we may inspire all this beautifull planet..
